The water box is designed to integrated into the chiller(being a part), to enable the condenser of the chiller the function of rubber ball cleaning, keep the tube inner wall always clean during operation, extremely reduce the refrigerant’s Saturated condensing temperature, enhance the chiller COP. Per operation statistics, after the cooling water treated per GB/T500502007, in different water area,the water box can improve the chiller’s COP by 6%-15%. So the water box is a necessary part for a chiller with high COP.
This front end water box can be integrated into the condenser of different brands chiller in facility and sell as a whole. At the same time, the water box fit to the chiller’s evaporator and heat pump unit’s condenser or evaporator.
THE PRODUCT COMPLIED WITH JB/T11133-2011 CHILLER CONDENSER TUBE AUTOMATIC ON-LINE RUBBER BALL CLEANING EQUIPMENT, WITH FOLLOWRING FEATURES:
Do Not Need External Power:Using the water pressure difference between the inlet pipe and outlet pipe, through the external FS to release and collect the rubber balls.
Filtering:Equiped with 1.5mm inlet filter.
Small Water Resistence:The water resistence increment is samller than 0.5mm water column.
