THE PRODUCT COMPLIED WITH JB/T11133-2011 CHILLER CONDENSER TUBE AUTOMATIC ON-LINE RUBBER BALL CLEANING EQUIPMENT, WITH FOLLOWRING FEATURES:
Do Not Need External Power:Using the fact that the wet rubber balls’ specific gravity are larger than the water’s, it can release and collect balls without external power .
Filtering:Equiped with 1.5mm inlet filter.
Small Water Resistence:The water resistence increment is samller than 0.5mm water column.
Simple and Compacted Configuration:Be in a part of the chiller
High Speed Ball Release:When the control valve open, the cleaning balls will be release into the lower water box in an instant, and the short release time ensure every tube will be cleaned evenly.
More Cleaning Balls Applied:The ball release and collection unit have abundant space for more small balls, in order to clean more heat exchange tubes every time.
